PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The wide range of EUROKLEMP modular pipe fitting connectors allows pipes to be joined to form the most diverse
construction where effectiveness, quality and design are a requirement. The use of socket screws
ensures an extremely strong joint, while quick and easy dismantling is possible at any time
(shearing load 1050-kg at a moment of 40 Nm). EUROKLEMP modular pipe fittings are available in five sizes,
from 3/4" to 2" and are generally available from stock.
EUROKLEMP pipe fittings are suitable for a wide range of applications. They include: exterior advertising, road marking and signposting, fencing, constructional works, staircases, handrails, balconies, stand construction, displays, play structures and shop interiors. EUROKLEMP pipe fittings are also widely used in architecture as a supporting system, because they combine perfectly with the most commonly used (building) materials. You name it: EUROKLEMP can do it. The EUROKLEMP system is almost without limitation. It can be used in any length, width or height. Custom work, quality and flexibility are therefore the watchwords for the use of EUROKLEMP pipe fittings.

All Euroklemp fittings are made of ductile iron and manufactured in accordance to ISO 9002
standards. Due to high mechanical strength values and better behaviours of ductile iron
higher loads can be applied to the structures constructed by Euroklemp fittings.
A large selection of Euroklemp fittings can be used with five different sizes of standard steel pipes,
ranging from 3/4 inch to 2 inch nominal bore. Although Euroklemp fittings are designed for
professional applications, they are also ideal for DIY projects, as they are easy, quick and
cost effective to assemble.
PRODUCTION & QUALITY
All Euroklemp fittings are produced with the latest foundry technology. Patterns for fittings are accurately designed and made by professional pattern makers and used for making moulds in our high-pressure automatic moulding lines. Electric induction furnaces supply molten iron and quality tests and metallurgic analysis are carried out. Castings are heat-treated to achieve better ductility and shot blasted for better surface finish. Finally Euroklemp fittings are hot-dip galvanised in accordance with ISO 1461 for corrosion resistance hence longer product life. Setscrews are designed and manufactured such that they lock the pipes rigidly by hand tightening (40 N/m torque). For their repeated use and maximum safety, they are specially heat-treated.
