Boss Steel has built its reputation as a steel industry leader by applying the combined expertise, knowledge and experience of our steel service experts to every project.  Boss Steel goes above and beyond the industry standard to get the job done right.

Founded by Doug Loyst and Steve Walker, Boss Steel Limited first opened its doors on March 1, 1991, offering high quality ferrous and non-ferrous steel products.  Almost twenty years later, our inventory has grown to include such product lines as aluminum, stainless, cold finished bars, shafting, brass, copper, sheet metal, plate, and over a dozen different lines of tool steel.

Not only does Boss Steel supply materials to a number of manufacturing, construction, and fabrication shops throughout the Greater Toronto Area, you can also find their work in such Toronto landmarks as the Rogers Centre, Air Canada Centre, Roy Thompson Hall, Royal Bank Plaza and the Ontario Science Centre.

We provide raw materials as well as custom finished projects to various industries including home and commercial construction, automotive, restaurant, grocery and retail stores, office buildings, government, educational institutions and more.

• Do you drive in Ontario?   Boss Steel supplies formed rebar to the Research and Development department of the Ontario Ministry of Transportation for the testing of bridge construction concepts. The Ministry trusts Boss Steel to provide superior quality materials that meet their rigorous safety standards.
• Do you have regular garbage pick up?   Boss Steel supplies the maintenance department of Miller Waste Systems with a variety of steel products. When you depend on Miller for garbage pick up, remember....Boss Steel helps make it happen!
• Have you been to a game at the Rogers Centre?   A Blue Jay hits a long drive into the upper deck and a horn blows signalling a home run. That horn is supported by a bracket fabricated by Boss Steel — one of the many items we've manufactured for the Rogers Centre!
